ADULT GROUP TRAINING
Have you gone to group training classes in the past that are challenging, make you sweat, and feel like you’re getting a good workout? For many the answer is yes, but are these sessions headed anywhere? Movements sake in and of itself is great! We differ in leading people on a road that is headed somewhere.
We believe exercise gives us the ability to live a better life and tell a better story and that quality of life is directly associated with movement. In our team training sessions you will see science-based, experience driven resistance training methods and specific conditioning to progress you, so you may lead the best life you can. We aim to help you hike, bike, ski, surf, play sports, whatever is you do outside of the gym better, with less pain, for longer.
We utilize sound biomechanics and human movement that builds upon itself. It can be regressed, progressed, or lateralized to meet you where you are and build you up, making it a great choice for anyone. With quality and invested effort in coaching it may seem like a semi-private session at times with the attention you get from the beginning of your time here. We’re excited to welcome any new friends to our community here of driven individuals staying fit and active over the course of their life.
8:30-9:30am WITH AMANDA CAMPION
An exciting, energetic, fun, and welcoming group training atmosphere for people of all ages! Amanda has been instructing for 19 years picking up what works, dropping what doesn’t and building out a massive toolbox. Throughout the week, her style and group fitness classes change daily, so you are never bored.
All her workouts are geared toward burning bodyfat and gaining quality lean muscle to feel and look your best! From metabolic conditioning and strength based conditioning to PiYo (Pilates/Yoga) and Kickboxing you will leave each day clear-headed, and full of energy.
The community she has built over time goes to show how great she and all the people who call themselves “The workout Queens & King” are, and what a positive element they bring to the gym. Grab your sweat towel, water bottle, and get moving!
OPEN GYM
Enjoy top of the line, versatile exercise equipment that can meet anyone’s needs. With 6 exercise racks you will never have to wait for your turn at the squat rack and you won’t even be mad when someone is using one to curl. We offer smart treadmills and bikes, with interactive classes, where you can track your progress over-time.
There is always a workout on the board that you can follow if you’re lost and a trainer willing to provide assistance with form or equipment when asked.
We also feature a multi-sport court where you can play basketball, volleyball, pickleball, badminton, dodgeball, and soccer. Grab your friends and head down for a 3-on-3 basketball game. Better yet get your work team and another your not happy with at the time, and challenge them to a game of dodgeball!
